My passion is to take a photo that makes a statement, capturing a moment in time that holds a unique expression. My intention is to show people the beauty that surrounds them, and hopefully engage people to respect, care and nurture the fragile ecosystems that support the wonderful diversity of life on this planet. My inspiration is everywhere I look, because nature is my inspiration, the sun's light is my paint and time is my brush. In life and my career I hope to spread my love of nature so that others may enjoy it too. In this ever changing natural world that we live in, it’s our perception of what we see that we capture. It’s our unique awareness of the moment, through our individual eyes. In as much, I hope you enjoy my perspective.
  After moving to British Columbia from Ontario, I really fell in love with the surrounding area. I have always had a love of photography and after purchasing my first digital camera, a Canon Rebel, I quickly upgraded to the 7D and so began a steady increase in equipment and excursions. I currently live in the Greater Vancouver Area of British Columbia, Canada. Most of the photographs showcased on this site were taken in and around the mountains, coastlines, delta’s and islands of British Columbia, and Washington State.
